Fresh milk is converted into curd and hand-churned to extract butter, which is then slow-heated on a low flame to produce pure, golden ghee. This traditional process preserves essential nutrients, rich aroma, and authentic taste.

Traditional Bilona Process
- Fresh A2 milk collected from Gir cows
- Milk is naturally boiled and set into curd (dahi)
- Curd is hand-churned using the bilona method
- Makhan (butter) is separated traditionally
